In 2014, we joined the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices family and changed our name from T & R Real Estate to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Property Management Company. This transition allowed us to expand and serve a wide geographic area in providing leasing and management services for dwellings, condominium and homeowners' associations, offices, and commercial buildings, as well as handling commercial sales for the organization.
